The Coastline and Beaches
Marina di Camerota, with its pristine beauty, offers a unique spectacle: white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, caves, coves, and lush, ever-blooming vegetation.
The Saracen towers dominate the promontory, while the marina, one of the most modern in the area, adds to the charm of this “Pearl of Cilento.”
The Marina
The marina of Marina di Camerota, second only to Salerno, serves both as a tourist and fishing port, with a lively flow of boats. Since 2003, it has been awarded the Blue Flag for its tourist harbors every year, and in 2007, the local fishing boats also received a special Blue Flag.
Among the services offered, there is a fuel station, a crane for boats up to 200 tons, and a hyperbaric chamber.
UNESCO Heritage
Marina di Camerota is located in the heart of the Cilento National Park, an area recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site and a biosphere reserve.
For several years, it has proudly flown the European Blue Flag for its tourist harbors, a symbol of quality and sustainability.
